A record-breakingannual conference
BAA’s 20th Annual Conference attracted more than 640 delegates — the Academy’s largest to date — with CJAM managing venue, sponsorship, exhibition, speakers, branding and registration.
The challenge
A landmark anniversary conference that had to feel like the Academy — and still work operationally at a new scale.
The British Academy of Audiology needed its 20th Annual Conference to honour the profession, give exhibitors a room worth investing in, and give delegates a programme worth travelling for.
CJAM took on venue, sponsorship, exhibition, speakers, branding and registration as a single in-house team, so the Academy’s officers could be present as hosts rather than event managers.

Our approach
One critical path covering commercial, programme and on-the-day delivery.
Venue and production
A room and a running order that could take the Academy’s largest attendance to date.
Sponsorship and exhibition
Packages, stand sales and fulfilment that protected the delegate experience.
Programme and speakers
Speaker management and session logistics alongside the Academy’s scientific committee.
Brand and registration
In-house branding, attendee communications and a registration process that scaled.
The outcome
More than 640 delegates — the Academy’s largest annual conference to date.
“Client testimonials to be supplied by the CJAM team.”
