Inspiring Creativity. Building Confidence. Supporting Business Growth.

For members of NABAS, creativity is the foundation of every successful business. The NABAS AGM & Training Day 2026 was designed to take that creativity even further, giving members the inspiration, practical skills and commercial confidence to grow their presence in the lucrative corporate décor market.

Held at the stunning Cobbold Barn at Knebworth House, the event blended professional development, hands-on learning, networking and governance into one engaging member experience, demonstrating the value of belonging to a vibrant and supportive professional community

What we delivered

A joined-up programme shaped around the organisation, its members and the outcomes it needed.

Bringing Ideas to Life

As NABAS's Association Management partner, CJ Association Management (CJAM) worked alongside the Board to deliver every aspect of the event, creating a seamless experience from the first delegate booking through to the final training session.

  • Our team coordinated:
  • Event planning and project management
  • Delegate registration and communications
  • AGM planning and administration
  • Speaker and sponsor liaison
  • Venue and supplier management
  • Event branding and promotional activity
  • On-the-day event management

Throughout the day, members explored fresh techniques, innovative products and commercial ideas through live demonstrations and practical workshops covering suspended ceilings, statement balloon installations, sailboards, foil décor and eye-catching corporate displays.

Alongside the creative sessions, delegates enjoyed valuable networking opportunities, practical business advice and portfolio-building photography, leaving with not only new ideas but the confidence to turn those ideas into new business opportunities.

More Than an Event

The NABAS AGM & Training Day perfectly demonstrates how a successful association event can do far more than bring members together.

By combining governance, professional development, creativity and business support within a single experience, NABAS reinforced the value of membership while helping members develop new skills, strengthen industry relationships and unlock future commercial opportunities.

For CJAM, it's another example of how thoughtful association management creates engaging experiences that inspire members, strengthen organisations and deliver lasting value.
