For Nicole Trinder, no two days at CJ Association Management are ever the same, and that’s exactly what makes her role so rewarding.
As an Account Manager, Nicole supports our associations across a wide range of areas, from managing memberships and building strong member relationships to coordinating conferences and exhibitions. She also provides high-quality secretariat support, helps improve processes and works with associations to develop online systems that streamline and automate membership processes.
Before joining CJAM, Nicole built a diverse career spanning software training, development and implementation, project coordination, learning and development and business support management. These experiences have given her a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and process improvement, which she now brings to her work in association management.
What Nicole enjoys most is the variety of the role and the opportunity to learn from both the associations she supports and her colleagues. She particularly values CJAM’s collaborative and supportive team culture.
Outside of work, Nicole is an avid skier and loves spending time on the slopes, particularly in the Alps. And if she could instantly become an expert in one thing, it would be AI, reflecting her interest in the opportunities, challenges and long-term impact of this rapidly developing area.
Nicole’s varied experience, curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement make her a valuable part of the CJAM team.
