NPCC Fatal Four Young Drivers Campaign (23/09 – 06/10) |
![]() |
TyreSafe is proud to support the NPCC Fatal Four Roads Policing operation, which focuses on supporting young drivers. As part of our support, we are releasing a press pack, toolkit, and leaflet to help educate young and new drivers on performing basic tyre checks and maintenance. With three in five young drivers never checking their tyres, this initiative is crucial for engaging those at the start of their driving careers. The toolkit has been developed in collaboration with the Motor Schools Association of Great Britain, Fresh Drivers UK, and FirstCar. We extend our thanks to everyone involved for amplifying this important campaign, which will shortly be available for all to access in the resources section. Again, this content is strictly embargoed until 21st September in accordance with campaign dates, but early access should enable you to, if you decide to, support the initiative with the necessary and required planning.

Urgent Reminder: Heightened Risks on Rural Roads This Summer |
![]() |
As the summer season draws more drivers to the scenic routes of Great Britain’s rural roads, TyreSafe is highlighting the pressing need for increased tyre safety awareness. A recent report by the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC) has revealed that rural roads are the most dangerous in the UK, accounting for a staggering 59% of all road deaths in 2022. This translates to over 10,100 fatalities on rural roads over the past decade. We urge all drivers to be extra vigilant and ensure their tyres are in top condition before embarking on rural journeys. https://cjamwebdemo.co.uk/urgent-reminder-heightened-risks-on-rural-roads-this-summer/ |
