Dr. Franziska Leutner is a Lecturer and Consultant, Business Psychologist and Data Scientist, combining psychological theory with machine learning methodology. Key interests are in personality profiling and the ethical application of algorithms in behavioural analytics, game based assessment, consumer psychology, personal values, social media psychology, and entrepreneurship.

She works with businesses to optimise their products by providing a more human-centred approach to data science, customer profiling, and personalisation. The focus is on accelerating the creative process, by uncovering unique avenues to product development that teams may otherwise miss.
