Claire’s career in the learning, leadership and development industry spans across 25 years. Across this time she has picked-up a MBA in Leadership, a variety of psychometric accreditations, and has won two ABP annual awards.
Claire’s passion has focussed on contributing novel ideas and practical solutions to how the workplace can enable people to reach their full potential. Using her own experience as an employee, leader and human being she seeks to find magic moments and methods which make a significant difference.
Claire believes in applying psychological science and pushing the boundaries of what is perceived as ‘normal’ in the day to day, through courageous experimentation and co-creating with end-users and experts.
Rob is a HCPC-registered Occupational Psychologist, specialising in leadership effectiveness and emergence, team effectiveness and psychological assessment within the workplace. He is in the process of completing his Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck and leads the Assessment Practice at LHH.
