Free – £18.00Speaker:
Dr. Tatiana Rowson, Programme Director, Henley Business School
Successfully managing and integrating a diverse workforce has never been as challenging and yet so important.
The workforce is ageing and is becoming more age diverse. The Quad-Gen term refers to the four generations currently being active in the workforce and working side by side in organisations – baby boomers, generation X, generation Y, and generation Z. In this talk, we will address the risks and opportunities of a Quad-Gen workforce with a particular focus on how to promote an age diverse and age-friendly work environment grounded on evidence rather than stereotypes. We will finish this talk focusing on over 50s at work and how organisations and leaders can make the most of their talent.
