Our event will explore how some key individuals began their career in the field, sharing their knowledge, experience and paths taken. Hear from business psychologists from different organisations, including SHL, the University of Westminster, and an independent practitioner.

Panel biographies:
Dr Johanna Walter and Becca Gravel, SHL
Johanna first joined SHL as an intern around 4 years ago. As a senior consultant she now leads projects across Europe, including talent acquisition and management. She has also completed her PHD this year.
Becca Gravell joined SHL 2 years ago from her previous role at PSI. A graduate of Kingston University, Becca leads on delivering some of SHL’s most complex and innovative talent initiatives across a wide client base.
Nikita Mikhailov
Nikita Mikhailov is a specialist in personality psychology.
Nikita has worked for multiple psychometric publishers, contributed to the development of assessments and delivered psychometric qualifications.
Currently, Nikita is working with individuals, teams, and couples to increase awareness and appreciation of individual differences.
Nikita is also co founder of Goodness of Psychology a talent search agency specialising in Business Psychology space.
Dr Kathryn Waddington, CPsychol FRSA PFHEA
Kathryn is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and on the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors with the British Psychological Society. She is also Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She has professional accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner and is also a trained writing retreat facilitator and Thinking Environment™ practitioner. Kathryn offers: (i) individual and group coaching and supervision; and (ii) higher education coaching and consultancy services in areas relating to compassion, compassionate pedagogy, and the development of critically reflective practice.
