Maire Kerrin is a founding Director of the Work Psychology Group, a research led consultancy specialising in Assessment, Development and Innovation. She has over 20 years of experience working in these areas in the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, she has a wide range of experience in managing and delivering strategic consultancy projects within the private and public sector. Prior to setting up the Work Psychology Group, Maire held a number of academic posts including Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at City University, London and Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the University of Nottingham. She continues to engage in a variety of research activities through current work collaborations and she remains a Visiting Lecturer at Cass Business School, City University of London.

We are delighted that Maire is bringing her extensive experience as a research-led business psychology consultant practitioner to the ABP Advisory Board.
