Guy is a chartered occupational psychologist with multi-sector experience who has worked on large scale transformation programmes, supporting senior executives, including C-Suite teams to achieve their strategic goals. His work has ranged from developing market offerings for consultancies, helping multi-nationals achieve significant cost savings, leading key people streams as part of large M&A deals, to helping set organisations up for success in preparation for deal closure. Guy’s passion lies in aligning people and strategic goals as a vehicle for bringing about positive business outcomes both internally and externally and enabling leaders to make a positive difference around them. He is married with two children and an imaginary dog whom he one day hopes to make real. When not taking the dog for a walk, Guy loves music and is an ardent tennis fan.
