Gurnek is the co-founder of YSC, where he was CEO and Chairman until 2017. At YSC he played a critical role overseeing a number of YSC’s largest global clients, growing the organisation into a successful international business with a current network of 20 offices. He was also heavily involved in developing YSC’s intellectual capital, especially in the areas of global cultural understanding, organisational culture change, leadership development and board level assessment and coaching.

After leaving YSC, he founded Global Future, a think tank and movement that seeks to build bridges between cultures in a world where there is a dangerous tilt toward narrow and destructive tribalism. It seeks to educate, inform and help people understand the benefits of globalisation.
