Deji Fisho

Treasurer

Deji is a consultant and business psychologist with 20+ years’ experience working in financial services, social enterprise, and the digital payment industry. After over 12 years as a commercial banker, Deji co-founded a social impact enterprise and worked as head of strategy and operations overseeing business development, people & performance management, and learning & development. Most recently, Deji was Global Operations Manager for a climate leadership group with responsibility for systems implementation and special projects. He holds two business degrees (BSc and MBA) and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Reading.
Deji is interested in climate psychology, workplace inclusion, and organizational performance. He was co-opted to become Treasurer and Board Member of the ABP in July 2022.
